This budget-friendly hotel is in a great location, close to all the activity in the area. They have a 24-hour front desk staff that is familiar with the guests, which adds a sense of security. the rooms are cleaned daily and equipped with fridges, which is very convenient.
The rooms may feel a bit small, but you do get what you pay for. Some of the rooms may lack certain amenities, like a working safe, which can be inconvenient.

Located right in the heart of downtown, our hotel was perfect for exploring all Playa has to offer. With 5th Avenue right at our doorstep, we were spoilt for choice with restaurants, bars and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning to keep us cool in the heat. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay stress-free. We also loved the shared kitchen facilities which allowed us to prepare basic meals and save some money.
The hot water pressure in the shower could have been better.

The hotel location was great, as it was near many restaurants and cafes, and also a short walk from the beach. the staff was friendly and always available to give recommendations on places to go. the room was also very clean and tidy, with fresh towels and linens provided daily.
The hotel facilities were not up to par with the price of the stay. the room was quite small and cramped, and the bathroom lacked proper water pressure, making it difficult to take a satisfying shower.

Great hotel location on a lively street with lots of activities. Clean rooms with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. 24-hour front desk staff who were friendly and provided excellent service. Convenient shared kitchen on the third floor, stocked with instant coffee.
Nothing to dislike.
